Grace and Eric's Wedding

By: Chrystal Park

We had the honor of working with Grace and Eric for about 11 months, planning, designing and curating a dream team of vendors for their special day. The couple lives on the opposite side of the coast, in Virginia, but chose to have their wedding in sunny southern California. When we first asked Grace what colors she had in mind for her wedding, she responded with some of our favorites. We absolutely love the colors blush and gold and were excited to incorporate them into the wedding details!

We decided to go with a geometric theme and one of Grace's bridesmaids did a beautiful job designing the couples Save the Dates. We had so much fun working with Tied and Two creating all their paper goods, such as table numbers, programs, seating chart and menu cards.  We also incorporated the theme and got to work alongside Modest Peach and they did an incredible job building a custom ceremony backdrop that we later repurposed for the sweets station. We always love working with Rekindle Creative and they did not disappoint! Julia and her team dressed up the backdrop with fresh florals and created high and low centerpieces to complete the reception look. Since Grace grew up in Orange County and was familiar with the venue, we wanted to completely transform the conference room and make it unrecognizable. Mike from Carcano DJ services did a terrific job transforming the room with beautiful lighting and pipe and drape magic!

Grace and Eric ultimately wanted their guests just to have a good time and enjoy delicious food and drinks. The guests were able to enjoy small bites and a wonderful buffet spread catered by Four Seasons while enjoying beverages whipped up by Mia's Martinis. We had so much fun working with Sweet Tooth Candy Buffet creating the most elaborate sweets station filled with donuts, cake pops, sour belts, chocolates and other assortment of goodies.  The bride and groom got to enjoy their special day with their loved ones and ended the night dancing the night away! Jerome Park captured all the special moments for all of us to enjoy and below are just a few of our favorites!

Esther and Steve's Wedding

By: Chrystal Park

Steve contacted our team looking for someone to take care of the logistics on the day of so he and his bride, Esther, could enjoy their wedding day with loved ones. We love assisting couples but love it even more when the groom is hands on with wedding planning! He wanted to make sure that his bride had nothing to worry about and wanted it to be stress free. Our team was back at Los Coyotes Country Club for the third time this year and it was a beautiful summer day to celebrate love. City Flowers did an amazing job dressing up the Lakeside lawn with a gorgeous arch and fresh flowers down the aisle. It's always amazing to see the lawn transformed! Esther and Steve had a string quartet perform music throughout the ceremony and the cutest ring boy and flower girls walked down the aisle.

After the ceremony, guests were escorted onto the terrace for some delicious appetizers. While the guests enjoyed delicious bites, the couple changed into colorful traditional Korean outfits and took part in a Korean tea ceremony, called Paebaek, with their families. Once Paebaek had concluded, everyone was escorted into the Grand ballroom for the rest of the evening. Los Coyotes catered a delicious buffet, which featured a prime rib carving station, for the guests to enjoy for dinner. We always love working with Shine Entertainment because they bring so much laughter and do such a great job entertaining the guests with their fun games. Kwon captured each moment and event so beautifully and we cannot wait for you to see the beautiful photos. Check below for some of our favorite moments from Esther and Steve's wedding!

Yoonjee + Eric's Wedding

Yoonjee and Eric contacted our team to assist with planning and coordination and we were so excited to assist! Yoonjee designed her own wedding and everything had so much attention to detail. We loved all the soft colors from their wedding day and how they incorporated gold and pink into their decor. This wedding was filled with a lot of personality and favorites. Favorites such as cold brew ice coffee and milk tea that were passed out to all of their guests for post ceremony drinks. During cocktail hour, the newly Mr. and Mrs. took part in a Korean Tea Ceremony, called Paebaek, in front of their families. It's always a treat seeing culture incorporated into the couples wedding day.

During cocktail hour they had 'his old fashioned' and 'hers blood orange margarita' cocktails for guests to enjoy with delicious bites from Banchan A La Carte. Sarah Ku did an amazing job with all of her calligraphy signs. Isn't the 'welcome' sign just absolutely gorgeous? She also created a watercolor Winnie the Pooh poem and designed the signature drinks signs that fit perfectly at the bar. The bride and groom wanted to focus on keeping their guests full with delicious food and wanted them to have a good time! Banchan provided a mouthwatering 16 course meal and an amazing spread of mini desserts that included cupcakes and macarons. Michelle Yoon, from Cake Creamery, baked a delicious three tier buttercream cake adorned with fresh blooms provided by The Flower Boutique. Yoonjee and Eric got to enjoy their wedding and danced with all their guests until the end of night!

Kristina Adams did an amazing job capturing all the details, we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
