Krizia and Ben's fall wedding was our last wedding for the 2015 wedding season and we couldn't have asked for a better couple or team of vendors to end the year with. It was even more special because I went to high school AND college with these two, so their wedding felt like a big high school reunion. Krizia and Ben got married at Giracci Vineyards and Farms in Silverado. Guests were welcomed to light refreshments as they took their seats under the oak trees. As the ceremony was concluding, the sun set perfectly over the hills and lights lit up the trees just as the newlyweds walked down the aisle as Mr. and Mrs. All of their guests got to enjoy delicious bites and beverages during cocktail hour provided by Jays Catering. Krizia and Ben were surrounded by their family and closest friends as they enjoyed their first dance together as husband and wife. So many tears and laughter were exchanged that evening during the mother-son dance and matron of honor speech. The couple and their guests danced the night away under the stars and the guests got to take home personalized mugs to help remember the special day!

About two weeks ago, our church held a Women's Seminar for all the sisters in the College, Young Adult and Family ministries. Our guest speaker was Mary Somerville and she spoke about "Jesus, the Pearl of Great Price." I really enjoyed spending time with my fellow sisters learning more about God and the most precious pearl, Jesus Christ. I really enjoyed worshipping, sharing and praying with my fellow sisters in Christ. While prepping for this event, I tried to incorporate Fall colors and some decor that would match the theme of the seminar. I knew I wanted to use red, orange, and yellow flowers to brighten up the tables and I also wanted to incorporate more Fall colors. After choosing my Fall color palette, I also decided to use some clear pearls to scatter across the table.
Thank you to the sisters that were in the planning committee and to all the sisters that volunteered their time to help set-up and run the seminar. Thank you to all the brothers and College ministry that helped prep, set-up and clean. You guys are the best! Thank you Mary, for taking the time to share God's word and your testimony.

I had one week to come up with decoration ideas for BCC's Thanksgiving Potluck. I was nervous but excited to take on this challenge to decorate 33 tables for an event for 250 people. Thank you Berean Media team for the photos and a special thank you to the wonderful ladies that helped me set up just in time for the event.
