When boy meets girl and falls in love, he will do anything and everything to win her over. James was very persistent in pursuing Anna and he never gave up and eventually won her heart. So ladies, give a guy a chance! Anna and James have been dating long distance their whole relationship, which allowed them to only see each other once a month. When they did get to spend these rare weekends together, they enjoyed the little things like sharing a meal together and throwing private dance parties. But ever since they were finally living on the same coast, they were able to see each other more regularly. These two couldn’t wait to get married and live in the same city!
Anna and James both live and work on the east coast but their families are on the west coast, so they decided to get married in SoCal. They kicked off our summer season and exchanged their I do’s at The Colony House. Anna looked absolutely stunning in her gown and James looked so dapper in his Navy uniform. One of our favorite details was the guest book. They didn’t have a traditional book for guests to sign. Instead, they had each guest sign a jenga piece! How unique and creative is that? Jina from De Flora did an amazing job decorating the ceremony space with luscious florals and candles. 24 Carrots provided the food and beverage for the whole evening and the couple had so much fun celebrating their union with their loved ones. We felt so lucky to be a part of their special day and are so excited that they finally get to make memories as husband and wife in the same city! Below are just a few of our favorite moments that were beautifully captured by the talented, Rachel Jane. Enjoy!
